2. How much does Bond&Devick Charge? How much money do I need to work with Bond and Devick?

3. What is a financial plan?
A financial plan is an in-depth review of your unique financial situation focusing on retirement planning, retirement income planning, specific investment recommendations, estate planning, risk management, and education planning. Based on your goals, we will analyze your situation and recommend the best financial plan for you.
4. Are your fees tax-deductible?
In some cases, yes. Investment management and financial planning fees were tax deductible through tax year 2017. They fell into the category of miscellaneous itemized deductions, and these deductions were eliminated from the tax code by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) effective tax year 2018. Investment management fees and financial planning fees may be taken as a miscellaneous itemized deduction on your tax return, but only to the extent that they exceed 2 percent of your adjusted gross income (AGI). However, we always recommend you to refer to your accountant regarding your individual situation.
5. Does Bond&Devick offer professional (ie. legal, accounting) services?
No, however we have a host of attorneys, accountants, mortgage brokers and insurance representatives who we work closely with to help you.
6. Will client information be kept confidential and safe?
Yes, it is the law. We adhere to strict industry standards in addition to our own internal policies and procedures to keep your information secure. We maintain a constant awareness and respect of our clients’ sensitive information. We have a well thought out, tested, and secure data recovery plan in the event of an unforeseen disaster.
7. Once my plan is complete, what will my relationship with Bond&Devick look like?
Financial planning is a journey not a destination. We provide annual, semi-annual, or quarterly analysis of your accounts and plan by reviewing your investments and your current situation. Things change in both the market and in your life, we will change your plan to make sure it is keeping pace with your goals. Tax planning is done on a regular basis and your retirement plan is updated when necessary. We have a competent team who is here to answer your questions. You will receive monthly market update emails and a quarterly newsletter. As well as have opportunities to volunteer with us and attend our client events.
