She started as our Office Manager and in a few years was promoted to Client Service Manager and in 2018 she became Bond&Devick’s Operations Manager. Rachel manages the Bond&Devick operations team and oversees the servicing of client accounts.
In her free time, she enjoys rollerblading, baking/cooking, spending time with family, and watching and attending Minnesota Wild hockey games. Rachel is also a Certified Skywarn Storm Spotter. She grew up in Woodbury, MN and attended Century College. Rachel lives in Waconia with her husband, Matt and their three children, Calli, Madeleine, and Jackson.
